Hamilton Cove is an apartment complex off the coast of New Jersey that required a brand refresh incorporating a fun, bright, and convenient environment for young working professionals.
By researching competitors in the area, customer demographics, and the local culture, I created a brand identity that reflects the beautiful and unique coastal location. I also completed a full brand guide for the client, and distinctive brand touchpoints, such as a business suite and interior signage to enable the user to greet potential renters with open arms.
