This report was created to document and celebrate the successes of the National Geographic Society’s DEI Team while also informing internal teams about opportunities to participate in its efforts to foster a more inclusive and equitable environment. I ensured that the report highlighted the various tools and resources offered by the DEI team, incorporating links and location IDs in the digital package for easy access.
The report was designed as both a printed publication and a digital asset. During the design process, I incorporated image captions for the print version, along with Alt Text, and ordered tabbing for the digital version to enhance accessibility and usability for all audiences. This project was a meaningful opportunity for me to push the boundaries of our design tools, creating a resource that is both impactful and accessible to everyone.
